RULES OF THE GAME
One account is permitted per person. Creating or operating multiple accounts may result in disqualification. Your public identity is your username; private profile details are never displayed on leaderboards.
Predictions
Predictions may be created or edited until the closing time shown for each pairing. Once that time passes, the prediction is locked. Server and database time determine whether a pick arrived before closing.
Scoring
- Correct gender: 5 points
- Correct color: 5 points
- Exact foaling date: 10 points
- Within five calendar days either side: 5 points
- More than five days away: 0 date points
A Perfect Pick means correct gender, color and exact date. Maximum score is 20 points per foal.
Results, ties and prizes
Published official Foal Bowl results determine scoring. During play, tied players share a displayed rank. Final prize ties are broken by most Perfect Picks, then most correct color predictions. A remaining tie is unresolved/shared until the administrator applies the published season policy; no hidden tiebreak is invented.
Prize eligibility may depend on location, age, sponsor terms and lawful participation. The administrator may correct erroneous result data and affected scores will be recalculated.
